Two pre-washes, two different jobs
Both VDA-certified. Reach for Primus 2.0 on everyday organic grime, and Purìfica for periodic mineral and limescale decontamination.

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne studio in Heidelberg West. Shipping is free on all Australian orders over A$95. For orders under A$95, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight, with standard and express options (including Australia Post Express Post) shown so you can choose what suits your timeline and budget. We don’t ship internationally at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne studio within 1–2 business days of payment. Standard delivery then takes 2–7 business days to metropolitan areas and 3–10 business days to regional and remote areas. Prefer it faster? Choose Express Post at checkout for next-business-day delivery within the Australia Post Express network. A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves the studio. A few restricted items — concentrates, flammables and certain professional chemistries — ship by standard freight only and may require a signature on delivery.
Can I pick up my order or visit the studio?
Yes. Local pickup from our Heidelberg West studio is available, and we welcome visits for product advice by appointment, Monday to Saturday. Get in touch and we’ll arrange a time that works.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you’re welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you save your shipping details and view your order history.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is free — we’ll email you a prepaid label. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days, with no restocking fees. Received something damaged or faulty? Contact us straight away and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. To start a return, just contact us.
Do you gift wrap or include a note?
We don’t offer gift wrapping, but we’re happy to include a thank-you card with a personalised message. Add your note in the order comments at checkout, or send it to us with your order details.
