My father's service station in Eaglemont
Petrol, repairs, and hand cut-and-polishes for customers on a Saturday — from the age of 14. The obsession with a proper finish started long before the business did.

Where it all started — long before the workshop. A few cars, a lot of weekends, and the shop dog keeping watch.
Going pro
Our first clients — Feynlab in hand
We started officially taking on clients' cars — Michele and me in our Feynlab tees — offering self-healing ceramic coatings and paint protection film. The hobby had become a craft.
Sharing the knowledge
An information night at Porsche Doncaster
We hosted an information night at Porsche Doncaster, walking owners through PPF, ceramic coatings and proper car maintenance. Education first — the way we still work today.

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide from our Melbourne studio in Heidelberg West. Shipping is free on all Australian orders over A$95, subject to the weight of your order and your delivery address. For orders under A$95, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight, with standard, priority and express options shown so you can choose what suits your timeline and budget. We don’t ship internationally at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched same or next business day from our Melbourne studio. Dispatch runs Monday to Friday, so orders placed on weekends or public holidays go out the next business day. Once your parcel is collected, standard delivery is typically 1–5 business days to metropolitan areas and longer to regional and remote addresses — these are courier estimates, not guarantees. Need it sooner? Priority and express options are shown at checkout. A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves the studio. A few restricted items — concentrates, flammables and certain professional chemistries — ship by standard freight only and may require a signature on delivery.
Can I pick up my order or visit the studio?
Yes. Local pickup from our Heidelberg West studio is available, and we welcome visits for product advice by appointment, Monday to Saturday. Get in touch and we’ll arrange a time that works.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you’re welcome to check out as a guest. Creating an account simply lets you save your shipping details and view your order history.
What is your return policy?
If you change your mind, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are at your own cost: you arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself, and a 20% restocking fee is deducted from your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, that’s different — contact us straight away and we’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund, with no restocking fee. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To start a return, just contact us.
Do you gift wrap or include a note?
We don’t offer gift wrapping, but we’re happy to include a thank-you card with a personalised message. Add your note in the order comments at checkout, or send it to us with your order details.
