At Alpha Details, we are committed to providing fast, reliable and transparent shipping across Australia.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST), Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  • During peak and promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Easyship and its partnered courier network.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a flat rate applies (see below).

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, weather events, peak periods or courier delays.

Flat Rate Shipping (Heavy Items)

The following flat rates apply:

  • Orders over 10kg: Flat rate shipping of $120 applies.

  • Bigboi Ultimate Garage: Flat rate shipping of $145 applies.

For heavy or bulky items being delivered to regional or remote areas, additional freight charges may apply. If this occurs, our team will contact you prior to dispatch.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $250 AUD, subject to weight and location restrictions.

Free Shipping Eligibility:

  • NSW & ACT: Orders under 10kg (metro only; excludes regional/remote)

  • VIC, QLD, SA, TAS & WA Metro: Orders under 10kg (metro only; excludes regional/remote)

  • QLD, WA & TAS Regional: Orders under 5kg (metro only; excludes regional/remote)

Free shipping does not apply to heavy, oversized or remote area deliveries.

You may select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout.

  • Orders are typically ready within 1–4 hours (business hours)

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready

Important Shipping Information

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information.

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Insurance

Parcels shipped via Easyship are insured according to the selected courier service and coverage terms.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can lodge an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we work with trusted courier partners via Easyship, Alpha Details is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  • Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for courier investigation.

  • We are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the courier process is completed.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered to the correct address.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.
