Shipping Policy
At Alpha Details, we ship Australia-wide from our Heidelberg West studio in Melbourne using our courier network through Interparcel, and every parcel is tracked.
Free Standard Shipping — Subject to Weight and Delivery Address
Orders over $95 qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide, subject to the weight of your order and your delivery address.
For bulky or heavy items, and for some regional and remote addresses where courier costs are significantly higher, additional freight may apply. If your order is affected, we will contact you before dispatch with the exact cost — you can accept the additional freight or cancel for a full refund. We will never dispatch your order with unexpected charges.
Bulky items such as pressure washers and dryers ship at calculated courier rates, shown at checkout. Orders under $95 also ship at calculated courier rates.
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves the studio.
Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available from our Heidelberg West studio, Monday to Saturday. Select pickup at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect. You are welcome to ask for product advice when you visit.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive as expected, contact us as soon as possible so we can lodge an investigation with the courier. Please allow 5–7 working days for the courier to complete tracking and locating — in most cases the parcel turns up within this window. We cannot refund or resend an item until the courier investigation is complete.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us straight away with photos and we will arrange a claim and a replacement or refund.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery to the correct address, or for delays caused by incorrect address details.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
