Alpha Details is a two-man workshop in Melbourne's north-east. We detail cars, install paint protection film and apply ceramic coatings — and we sell the same products we use on customers' cars that week. Nothing on these shelves is here because a distributor pushed it.

We're a father and son team. High standards, meticulous with every vehicle. Some clients have called us “forensic” — we'll take it. We work with the Porsche group in Melbourne, and we're an authorised reseller of Koch Chemie in Australia.

Paolo Recinella, BSc, DipEd — a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma of Education — founded Alpha Details on one rule: if the chemistry can't be verified, it doesn't go on a customer's car, onto our shelves, or into an article on this site.

That training shows up in how we work. We name the actual active ingredient instead of hiding behind a single pH number. We turn down product claims other stores repeat without checking. We stock only the brands whose formulations hold up to real scrutiny.
