Carton Sprayers

Carton is a Korean-designed range of cordless, motor-driven sprayers for detailing: an electric foam sprayer, an electric liquid sprayer and a compact glass polisher that all run on the same battery handle. They replace the hand-pumped sprayer — consistent pressure from the first spray to the last, no pumping, and quiet enough (around 55 dB) to use in any garage. Which Carton sprayer do you need?

Carton EP.02 Super Dry Foam Sprayer (1.5 L) — the foamer. Three interchangeable filters (white, red, black) set the foam from a light pre-wash mist to dense, clinging foam. Up to 30 minutes of foaming per charge. This is the foam sprayer for anyone without a pressure washer — apartment car parks, driveways without a tap nearby, wheel faces and arches — and it pairs with a pH-neutral or mild alkaline snow foam such as Koch Chemie GSF.

Carton EP.03 Electric Sprayer (2.5 L) — the liquid sprayer. One-touch trigger, 55–60 PSI at 1.4 L/min, up to 60 minutes per charge. For pre-soaks, all-purpose cleaner, degreaser, wheel cleaner, panel wipe, rinseless wash and drying aids — anywhere you would normally reach for a pump sprayer. A 1.5 L bottle is available separately when you want a lighter setup for wheels and interiors.

Carton EP.04 Glass Oil Film Polisher (3", 12 V) — not a paint polisher. A small cordless tool built for one job: removing oil film, water spots and rain etching from glass with a cerium oxide compound. Ships as a tool only and takes the same battery handle as the EP.02 and EP.03.

Spares and accessories

Every consumable part is stocked separately so a worn cap or a second bottle never sidelines the sprayer: the replacement battery pack (2000 mAh, USB-C — fits EP.02, EP.03 and EP.04), the EP.02 foam filter set, the stainless steel intake weight (keeps the hose drawing when the bottle is tilted or inverted), and replacement bottles and caps for both sprayers: EP.02 1.5 L bottle, EP.02 cap, EP.03 2.5 L bottle, EP.03 1.5 L bottle and EP.03 cap. A spare pre-mixed bottle means you can swap chemistry without flushing the pump between jobs.

Using them well

Only ever run properly diluted detailing chemistry through a Carton sprayer — no solvents, fuels or undiluted strong acids or alkalis. Rinse the pump with clean water for two to three minutes after every use, store the battery handle separately from the bottle, and top the battery up every few months if it sits unused.
