Carton Fan Nozzle for the EP.03 Electric Sprayer
A screw-on replacement nozzle that turns the Carton EP.03 Electric Sprayer's standard mist into a flat fan spray. Machined from anodised aluminium in a black finish, it fits in place of the standard nozzle and gives a fixed, repeatable spray pattern — so every panel gets the same coverage and you stop over-wetting edges.
Three fixed angles, sold individually:
- 25° — the narrowest fan. Concentrated, longer reach. Wheels, arches, grilles, sills and targeted pre-wash work.
- 50° — the all-rounder. Medium fan for bonnets, doors and quarter panels with an even, overlapping pass.
- 80° — the widest fan. Fastest coverage on large flat panels, roofs and vans; ideal for laying down pre-wash or snow-foam alternative products across a whole car quickly.
The EP.03's 60-minute cordless runtime plus a fan nozzle is a very efficient way to apply pre-wash, APC dilutions, iron remover or rinseless wash across a full car without a pressure washer.

COMPATIBILITY
Fits the Carton EP.03 Electric Sprayer. Not for the EP.02 Super Dry Foam Sprayer, which uses its own foam nozzle and filter system.
CARE
Rinse with clean water after spraying acidic or alkaline products and let it dry. Keep the orifice clear — a soak in warm water clears any dried product.
FAQ
Does it fit the Carton EP.02 foam sprayer?
No — the EP.03 only. The EP.02 foams through its own nozzle-and-filter set, which is a different fitting.
Which angle should I buy first?
The 50°. It covers doors, bonnets and quarters with an even overlapping pass. Add the 25° for wheels, arches and grilles, and the 80° if you want to lay pre-wash across a whole car or van as fast as possible.
Is anodised aluminium OK with wheel cleaners and APCs?
Anodising gives aluminium a hard oxide layer that resists most detailing chemistry far better than bare metal, but strongly alkaline or acidic products will still attack it if left sitting in the nozzle. Empty the sprayer, rinse the nozzle with clean water after every use and it will stay clean.
