Soft99 Glaco Roll On
Glaco Roll On — Soft99's felt-applicator glass water repellent. Press, rub in, let it dry for 5–10 minutes, then wipe off with a damp towel.
What Soft99 says
Soft99 says rain beads up and rolls down the glass, taking other water with it, and that once you are driving at 45 km/h or more the water flies off the glass. Soft99 describes the built-in felt applicator as making treatment easy. Soft99 doesn't publish the formulation or a durability figure on the standard 75 ml Roll On page, so we don't quote either.
Use it for
First-time Glaco users, and quick windscreen and side-glass treatments where you want a built-in applicator and a short drying time.
How to use
Apply only to clean, dry glass. Remove the cap, press the felt applicator onto the glass and gently squeeze to release some liquid. Rub it firmly into the glass, covering it completely. After 5–10 minutes of drying, wipe the residue off with a damp, wrung-out towel — Soft99's sheets for the larger Roll On sizes warn that residue left behind can cause wiper judder or glare.
Soft99's sheets for Roll On Large and MAX say glass only — not interior surfaces, transparent plastics or glass that is already coated — and to use only water or hydrophobic washer fluid. Treat the standard size the same way.

The Soft99 Glaco range
Glaco is Soft99's family of glass water repellents, but the chemistry is not the same across it — Ultra Glaco is fluorine-based, Blave lists silicones and alcohols, DX lists alcohols, siloxanes and acids — so follow the instructions for the exact product in your hand. Durability figures are Soft99's own. Compare the range on the Soft99 collection page →
