Koch Chemie Heavy Cut Polishing Pad — Maximum Correction

The Heavy Cut pad is Koch Chemie's most aggressive foam pad, made for removing heavy weathering and deep defects. On Koch's scale it rates abrasiveness 9 with a compression hardness of 17 — this is the pad you reach for when the correction is serious.

Built for control, not just cut

The low 23 mm profile is the clever part. A short pad height means less torsion and more stability, so an aggressive cut stays controllable rather than skittish. The open reticulated foam clears spent product and heat, and the milled edge lets the pad flex over contours and body lines. It's designed to run with Koch's Heavy Cut H9.01 compound as a correction set.

Available here in 76 mm (3") and 126 mm (5") to match spot-repair and full-panel work. Run it on a dual-action or rotary polisher with light, even pressure and let the abrasive do the work.
