Koch Chemie Heavy Cut H9.01 is a silicone-free, oil-free coarse machine compound for the fast reworking of heavily weathered paintwork — eliminating deep scratches, paint mists and sanding traces up to P1200 grit. Its extremely homogeneous abrasive grain delivers a very high level of cut while still holding an excellent gloss, and it stays workable through long cycles without sticking.

H9.01 is built for serious correction. The uniform abrasive structure removes heavy defects quickly and predictably, while low dust formation and minimal sticking keep the panel and pad cleaner through extended polishing sets — ideal for multi-panel correction work.
Suitable for All Paint Systems
From soft, sensitive clears to hard scratch-proof factory finishes, H9.01 adapts to the paint in front of you. Pair with a lambswool pad for 1,200–2,500 sanding traces, or a heavy foam cutting pad for 2,000–5,000 traces.

DIRECTIONS
- Shake well before use.
- Apply H9.01 in a crosswise motion using a rotary or DA polisher and a cutting pad.
- Work at medium speed and medium pressure.
- For the best possible finish, refine with Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02.
