Koch Chemie VB Vorreiniger B — Professional Alkaline Pre-Cleaner

Vorreiniger B is a highly concentrated, high-foaming alkaline pre-cleaner and traffic-film remover for professional use. At pH 13.1 it's a serious cleaner — it shifts heavy road film, grease and grime that milder pre-washes leave behind.

Strong, but still controlled

Powerful alkalinity doesn't have to mean reckless. It's phosphate-free and built with corrosion inhibitors to protect sensitive metals, and it's independently tested — VDA Class A (up to 5 min at 1:300) and Class B (up to 1 min at 1:30), plus ÖNORM B 5106. Used at the right dilution and dwell, it's paint-safe. As a strong alkaline concentrate, wear gloves and eye protection.

How to use it

Dilute for the job: roughly 1:30–1:50 for pre-cleaning, 1:3–1:10 on wheels, up to 1:300 through self-service high-pressure. Don't let it dry, and note it's intended for alkali-resistant painted alloy and steel — not raw or polished aluminium.
