Koch Chemie Application Pen — a set of two pens for coating the places a sponge can't reach.

The build
Each pen is a soft foam core under a full-surface suede microfibre cover. The foam is what does the work: it lets the head compress and follow a contour instead of skating over it, so the cover stays in contact with the surface through curves, edges and tight radii. That's the whole design brief — handling in delicate application areas, where a full-size applicator is simply too big to control.

Use it for
Applying ceramic sealants to the exterior of the vehicle. Koch Chemie single out rim sealants as the standout use — multi-spoke wheels are exactly the geometry that defeats a block applicator, and the pen gets into the spoke faces and barrel edges without flooding the surrounding area.

How to use
Apply the sealant to the pen, then follow the application instructions for that sealant — the coating's own directions govern, not the applicator. Discard the pen after use. These are single-use by design: once a ceramic sealant has cured in the fibres, the head is spent.
