The Tolco 320CRS is the black & gold sibling of the standard chemical-resistant trigger — but engineered specifically for the harshest acid-based products in a detailer's arsenal. Where a standard sprayer's seals swell, seize and leak after contact with acidic wheel cleaners and iron removers, the 320CRS keeps spraying.

The seal is the difference. The O-ring and piston cup are made from Viton fluoroelastomer — the material chemists specify for acid and solvent service. It shrugs off acidic wheel cleaners, degreasers and even D-limonene without degrading, so the trigger lasts instead of failing mid-job.

Less fatigue, more coverage. The high-output piston delivers up to 40% more product per stroke (roughly 1.3–1.4 mL) than a standard trigger, so you pull fewer times across a full set of wheels. The adjustable nozzle dials from a fine mist to a direct jet stream.

Pair it correctly. If you're running an acidic wheel cleaner or iron remover, this is the trigger that belongs on the bottle. Matching the right sprayer to the right chemistry is the cheapest insurance against a leaking bottle of acid on your shelf.
