Feynlab® Self Heal Plus is Feynlab's original self-healing ceramic coating and the flagship of its self-healing range. It is the benchmark the other self-healing coatings are measured against: Heal Lite carries about 60% of its healing capability and Ceramic Plus about 40%.
How the self-healing works
A memory polymer woven into a ceramic backbone. When the panel is heated, the polymer returns to its original state and levels out, so fine scratches and wash marring fade. Feynlab's product guidance is to park the car in direct sun at 30°C or above.
The thickest coating Feynlab makes
Feynlab rates Self Heal Plus as its thickest coating when IR cured: up to 10 microns from a single application (mean around 5 microns), and up to 15 microns when layered.

Step 1A, Step 1B, Step 2A, Step 2B, Step 3 and Overcoat V3. Feynlab states one kit covers one large vehicle, or multiple layers on a smaller one.
