Feynlab® Heal Lite is a self-healing ceramic nano coating for painted automotive surfaces. It is a single-step coating built on the same chemistry as Feynlab Self Heal Plus, with roughly 60% of its healing capability.

How the self-healing works

Feynlab describes the mechanism as a memory polymer woven into a ceramic backbone. When the panel is heated, the polymer returns to its original state and levels out, so wash-induced marring and light scratches fade. Feynlab's activation guidance is simple: park the car in direct sun at 30°C or above.

Developed for dark paint

Heal Lite was developed with dark, non-metallic finishes in mind, the colours that show swirl marks and micro-defects first. Over the life of the coating, Feynlab rates it to show significantly less swirling and marring than conventional professional ceramic coatings, with only Self Heal Plus ranked above it.

Protection

Strong UV resistance, rugged chemical resistance, very high gloss and the hydrophobic water sheeting Feynlab coatings are known for.

Heal Lite is a professional-grade coating intended for professional application. The multi-step process calls for coating experience, and paint must be fully corrected and decontaminated first, as the coating locks in whatever finish is beneath it.
