Yum Foam+ is protection you apply with a foam cannon. Foam it over a clean, wet car, rinse it off, and the whole exterior — paint, glass, plastics, wheels and calipers — is sealed in the time it takes to rinse. No wiping, no buffing.

The chemistry

Yum Cars describe Foam+ as a water-delivered resin ceramic sealant that combines protective polymers with fluoropolymers. The Safety Data Sheet shows an amino-functional silicone — the part that is attracted to the surface and bonds as you rinse — carried in a mild surfactant base. That is why the rinse is part of the application: water pressure spreads and sets the film, and Yum note the repellency builds with every pass.

Because Yum state the formula contains fluoropolymers, we make no PFAS-free claim for this product.

Use it for

Fast whole-car protection after a wash, topping up an existing sealant, and protecting awkward areas like wheels, calipers and grilles. Yum Cars state a full hydrophobic effect for 8–12 weeks, with resistance to everyday contamination and UV.

How to use

Wash and rinse the car first. Dilute 1:9 in your foam cannon — a 500ml bottle makes 5 litres of ready-to-use sealant. For regular top-ups, 50ml to 950ml of water is enough. Foam the wet car, then rinse thoroughly straight away, top to bottom, and rinse again. Dry as normal. Do not let it dry on the surface, and work out of direct sun.
