Hold a machine while we bring it in

Our bigger machines aren't held on the shelf — pressure washers and vacuums tie up a lot of capital, so we order them in rather than stockpiling units that sit in the corner. A $50 deposit puts your name against the next one and tells us to place the order.

How it works

1. Choose your machine from the list and pay the $50 deposit.
2. We order it in. Your deposit is what triggers the order — we don't place it until we've heard from you.
3. We email you an invoice for the balance when the machine reaches our Melbourne studio. Your $50 comes straight off the price — it is not an extra fee.
4. It ships once the balance is paid, or you're welcome to collect from the studio.

The fine print, plainly

• Fully refundable. Change your mind any time before the machine ships and we'll refund the $50, no questions.
• No firm date. We won't invent one. We'll confirm a timeframe once the order is placed and keep you posted if it moves.
• We hold it for 7 days once it lands, so you have time to settle the balance without us sitting on a machine indefinitely.
• One deposit per machine. Want two? Add two.
