The chemistry
An acid-tier cleaner that chemically dissolves the iron-oxide bond holding brake-dust particles to the alloy clear coat. Where pH-neutral cleaners lift loose particles, this acid formulation breaks the chemical bond between burned-on iron and the wheel surface, lifting decades of accumulated brake-dust staining in a single application.
Included gloves are not optional — the acid is strong enough to cause skin irritation. Mixing cup is for diluting at the recommended ratio rather than applying neat.
Use it for
Wheels with severe iron staining that pH-neutral cleaners can't shift, neglected daily-driver alloys, restoration projects, removing iron contamination before applying a wheel coating.
How to use
Wear the supplied gloves throughout. Dilute in the supplied mixing cup per the instructions. Apply with the supplied brush onto cool wheels. Allow 1-2 minutes to react. Rinse thoroughly with water. Never apply to hot wheels — heat accelerates acid attack on alloy.
