A specialised sponge designed for applying tyre wax and dressing to mounted tyres without removing the wheel from the vehicle. Comes as a 4-piece pack — one per corner.
The chemistry
A medium-density foam with a contoured face that conforms to the rounded sidewall profile and reaches the inside edge near the rim where rags can't grip.
Holds Black Devil Tire Wax or Tire Black Wax without dripping; releases on contact with the rubber.
Use it for
Tyre wax application without removing the wheel, even-coat dressing application, mobile-detailer kit, prevents wax getting on alloy clear coat.
How to use
Decant tyre wax into the sponge, work the contoured face along the sidewall in a single sweep per quadrant. Rinse after use; the 4-pack means you swap them in rotation as they age.
