At Alpha we use this coating for use on vehicle undercarriage ,wheel barrels that require strong chemical resistance, wheel wells our hoists ,tractors etc.

PRODUCT BENEFITS
FEYNLAB ® INDUSTRIAL is a multi-purpose coating that can be applied to most hard surfaces. While the results are excellent on painted or colored plastic surfaces, the coating can also be applied to stone, wood, and concrete to seal the surfaces from staining and losing their color due to UV degradation. FEYNLAB ® INDUSTRIAL also performs well in high-wear areas, such as handrails, and has excellent abrasion resistance.
INDUSTRIAL V2 is extremely hydrophobic with excellent releasing properties. As a result, you can save money by reducing the required cleaning intervals, reducing your repaint intervals, or eliminating the need to repaint altogethe
COVERAGE AREA
The coverage area will vary depending on application and porosity of the surface. However, you can expect approximately 400 sq. ft. per Liter or 100 sq. ft. per 275ml.
CAUTIONS
Always be sure to use all PPE equipment during use of FEYNLAB ® INDUSTRIAL. This includes nitrile gloves, safety glasses, and an approved n95/p100 respirator. Make sure the application area is well ventilated to allow fumes to dissipate quickly.
Always test in an inconspicuous area of any surface prior to treating a large area. DO NOT apply indoors or in areas that are not well ventilated.
For best application results, use the FEYNLAB ® WHITE INDUSTRIAL APPLICATOR PAD. The unique weave allows for a more even application. (SOLD SEPARATELY)
SURFACE PREPARATION

Painted Surfaces or Colored Plastics – Wash thoroughly with FEYNLAB ® PURE WASH followed by a wipe-down with a degreaser such as Acetone. Allow surface to dry completely.

Stone, Wood, Concrete – Wash thoroughly with FEYNLAB ® PURE WASH. Allow surface to dry completely.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (INDUSTRIAL USE)

Ensure the application area is prepped and completely dry.

GENTLY Shake FEYNLAB ® INDUSTRIAL for 10 seconds.

Open the container slowly. Cover the lid with a towel and point AWAY from your body (and
others) as you slowly open the lid. You will hear a hissing sound as the bottle depressurizes. This is normal. Shaking creates pressure which may cause contents to pressurize and possibly spill out if opened carelessly.

Carefully pour product into a separate application bottle (not provided) and fasten lid back on the original FEYNLAB ® INDUSTRIAL bottle tightly. Using a separate bottle for application avoids contamination of the original FEYNLAB® INDUSTRIAL product. With this method any dirt or debris contacting applicator pads cannot contaminate the INDUSTRIAL source container.

Apply several drops to the FEYNLAB® WHITE INDUSTRIAL APPLICATOR PAD for the best possible leveling. Other applicators will work but may leave unsightly application lines.

Apply the coating with only straight lines and long strokes, moving side to side. Overlap passes by 50% with a maximum of only two passes over any given area. This method allows the coating to flow out as level as possible while keeping the applicator pad wet during application.

Continue this overlapping application process until all desired areas are fully covered.

Allow FEYNLAB® INDUSTRIAL to cure for 24 hours before exposing to any water or
liquids. If possible, expose to direct sunlight to accelerate the curing process.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS WITH LEVELING AID 2.0 (OPTIMAL SURFACE CLARITY)

Apply the coating with long straight lines, overlapping 50%. After side-to-side passes, crosshatch the section (switch to up and down lines) 3-4 times to spread the coating thinner across the surface.

Continue this process until you have covered a 4ft-by-4ft section.

Once a 4ft-by-4ft section is covered with INDUSTRIAL, prepare a new white microfiber
applicator with FEYNLAB® LEVELING AID. With little to no pressure, gently glide the LEVELING AID applicator over the surface using the same crosshatch pattern until the underlying INDUSTRIAL COATING feels smooth. Do not use unnecessary pressure.

After the LEVELING AID applicator glides smoothly over the entire surface, begin wiping the surface clear with a microfiber towel. A smaller towel will help with any bunching issues that might occur.

Follow with a second clean microfiber towel to ensure the 4ft-by-4ft area is perfectly clear. If any areas appear to have residue or do not look optically clear, then immediately repeat steps 7-9.

Allow FEYNLAB® INDUSTRIAL to cure for 24 hours before exposing to any water or liquids. If possible, expose to direct sunlight to accelerate the curing process.
