Bilt Hamber Dosing Hand Pump | 63mm for 5L Containers

Sale price$9.00
Dose: 10ml per stroke

Small thing. Fixes a real problem.

You bought the 5 litre because the economics are better. Then you tried to get 30ml out of it, and you either poured a slug of chemical down the outside of the drum, or you guessed.

Both of those cost you money, and the guessing costs you more than the spillage. Bilt Hamber's dilution ratios are precise for a reason — Surfex-HD spans 1:200 to neat, Auto-Foam wants a calibrated 4% at the panel, Atom-Mac is dosed at 2ml per litre of void. "About a capful" is not a dilution ratio, and eyeballing it is how you end up either wasting concentrate or wondering why the product underperformed.

What it does

Screws onto the 63mm neck of any Bilt Hamber 5L container and delivers a measured, repeatable dose per stroke — either 10ml or 30ml, depending on which you choose.

Ten strokes of the 10ml, and you know you have exactly 100ml. That's it. That's the product.

Which one?

10ml per stroke — for the high-dilution products where small doses matter. Auto-Wash (5ml a bucket), Atom-Mac, light-duty Surfex-HD.

30ml per stroke — for the volume products. Touch-Less, Auto-Foam, Touch-On through a lance, heavier Surfex-HD mixes.

If you're running the 5L of anything, buy the pump. It pays for itself in spilled concentrate within a month, and it's the difference between following Bilt Hamber's dilution guidance and approximating it.
