The AR591+ is an enthusiast-class pressure washer that borrows heavily from professional machines. At its core is a genuine brass pump head running 3-axial pistons on a wobble-plate drive. Brass matters here: unlike the aluminium pumps common at this price, brass tolerates heat far better, resists warping and cracking, and can be serviced and rebuilt rather than thrown away when a seal or valve wears.
The pump runs high-quality stainless steel pistons, which cycle thousands of times per minute. Stainless resists warping, corrosion and degradation under high pressure far better than the aluminium or mixed-metal composite pistons found in many pricier units.
Where it counts is real-world output. The AR591+ delivers a tested 8.2 L/min of water flow (9 L/min max) at a working pressure of 1200 PSI (1950 PSI max) from a standard 10-amp plug — figures tuned for detailing rather than inflated headline numbers. Higher water flow means faster rinsing and thicker, more consistent foam from a foam cannon.
A brushless induction motor and a True Total Stop System (TSS) round it out. Unlike a basic motor cut-off, true TSS fully unloads pressure inside the pump when you release the trigger — reducing heat, seal wear and energy draw, and eliminating the pressure surge when you re-engage.
It all comes as a compact, ready-to-use system with an integrated trolley, hose reel, inspectable inlet filter, pressure gauge and adjustable pressure.
