I had a slight problem with a pressure washer from Bigboi, and between Alpha and Bigboi, they found the problem: my home pressure was too high so no questions asked they gave me a bigger unit at a much reduced price. All up this too k 3 days outstanding.

I recently purchased a trolley mount for the BigBoi WASHR Pro as it was getting a bit too heavy to move around, which made using it rather difficult and less enjoyable to use. Thanks to BigBoi they sell a vast range of accessories, which are very high quality. Alpha Details had the cheapest listed product on Google and the only reseller with stock on hand. It was ready for collection the same day which was great. Alpha Details gets top marks because upon collection the owner kindly gifted me a free bottle of foam wash, which was totally unexpected and made my day. A small act of kindness goes a long way. I highly recommend shopping at Alpha Details for all you detailing needs.
As for the trolley itself, the quality is second to none. The WASHR Pro unit effortlessly mounts onto the frame with ease. The hose reel and fittings are of high quality as expected. I wound up my FlexZilla 15m hose very easily, but it can easily fit a 20m hose. The hose reel was the main reason why I purchased this trolley in the first place as I really needed a solution for winding up my hose. So have a hose reel mounted onto a trolley was a great idea. My only complaint about this product is that it is still a bit short. I would have loved if it was a lot taller because it means that i have to bend over to wheel it around. Due to the handle being so low it doesn't give you much leverage to move the cart around being that the combined weight is over 30kg.
My second issue is that the wall mount frame is missing a nut for one of the screws. This is the screw that secures the trolley handle to the wall mount.
Good product and great service from the team at Alpha details. They also included some goodies in the package.
Must have for all your different external brushes and the large drain holes at the bottom don't allow your brushes to soak. Easily clips to your detailing bucket allowing all your brushes to be kept in one place while cleaning. Recommended.
Great kit to restore worn steering wheels.
My wheel was worn and rough on top. After applying kit with 5 coats it is now much better. No more black dirty hands. It's not going to make it brand new but it will feel pretty close.
Definitely worth the money.

So impressed with the Labocosmetica 2PH system and this was such a great powerful shampoo to use on my 2.5 year old ceramic coating prior to using the second step in the system, the Purifica. If my car wasn't a little on the dirty side, I think I could have used the Primus as a touchless wash using deionised water to avoid having to dry the car after rinsing. I'm seriously impressed with these two products and can highly recommend them!
Holy cow, a product that really and truly works in a tangible way! I wanted to give my i20n's 2.5 year old NV Evo ceramic coating a refresh as the lower parts of the doors were sheeting water and fairly slowly, although the rest was still excellent. I did the 2PH wash, including the alkaline pre-foam, and it has brought the coating back to about 80%, I'm absolutely, positively rapt and the car paint has its old "pop" back because the tiny bit of hazing has been toned back. This is an incredible product!
