A ceramic coating is only as good as the prep beneath it. A coating bonds to bare, decontaminated clearcoat — not to polishing oils, fillers or wax. Skip the prep and even the best coating beads beautifully for a month, then fails early.
Ceramic coatings build a hard, hydrophobic layer that shields paint from UV, contamination and chemical etching while adding real depth and gloss. The chemistry sets the durability: polysiloxane (SiO₂) coatings give strong multi-year protection, while polysilazane (Si–N) formulas cure harder and last longer again. Reach for Labocosmetica HPC 2.0 (polysiloxane, up to 24 months) or HPC PRO (polysilazane, up to 48 months).
Prep first with a finishing polish and panel wipe such as FIERO and VÈRITAS, so the coating bonds to genuinely clean paint and lasts the distance.
