It's the last-stage refiner, and the all-in-one for paint that's tired rather than damaged.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eThe dual action\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt works two ways at once. The \u003cstrong\u003eultra-fine abrasive\u003c\/strong\u003e refines the surface. The \u003cstrong\u003esolvent and resin\u003c\/strong\u003e system cleans and fills — the same dearomatised petroleum distillate base as Cleanser-Fluid, at 30–50%.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBilt Hamber do not disclose the abrasive type or grade, so we're not going to name one. Cleanser-Fluid \u003cstrong\u003ehas none\u003c\/strong\u003e — it only cleans. If the paint has haze, swirls or dullness, start here. If the paint is already right and you just want it clinically clean before protecting, use Cleanser-Fluid.
